·         Formulate, initiate & implement the strategic business plan and lead to achieve the ADAS profitable revenue growth, consistently sustain market share increase in Huawei and South China autonomous driving customer.

·         Drive demand creation and platform implementation in Huawei and South China automotive, support and manage customers design cycle from prototyping to mass production.

·         Coordinate internal and external resources to define the product of ADAS Sensor in Huawei and South China autonomous driving customer.

·        Developing relevant customer relationships with cusotmer’s decision makers & influencer; coordinate strategic action and resolve sales issues with Huawei.

·         Work with field applications engineer and relevant back-end parties (Business Units & Marketing, CS etc) to complete the sales cycle.

Qualification:

·         Minimum of 6 years’ of sales experience in which 2 years’ in ADAS Sensor related company. Experience with Huawei or automotive account is preferred.

·         University degree in Engineering or Science field, with semiconductor Sales & Marketing background preferred.

·         Self-driven, strong work ethic and positive attitude.

·         Selling experience must include selling either one or more of the followings:

？  Direct sales in multi-national semiconductor company.

？  CMOS Sensor, Radar Sensor or LiDar Sensor.

？  ADAS selling or products design at automotive tire#1 or OEM company.
