1. 完全负责产品生产的质量、工艺、进度、材料消耗、生产环境、效率的管理；
2. 负责生产线订单计划的执行生产及达成；
3. 对员工进行培训，并维护好现场劳动纪律、调动员工的积极性；
4. 负责本组位5S环境及拉线人员的管理与考核；
5. 严格执行作业指导书；
6. 注重工作方法及工作流程的持续改良；
7. 设备及工装夹具的维护和保养；
8. 做好岗位作业中状态、数量的管控；
9. 与其它部门的协调与沟通，确保生产管理工作的井然有序；
10. 协助主管及相关管理人员做好环境管理评价；

 

拉长领班岗位具备的条件：

1.       高中、中专以上学历；

2.       有2-3年以上电子厂管理工作经验，有自动线或装配生产管理经验者优先考虑；

3.       有生产持续改进的工作经验；

4.       懂得点胶工艺优先考虑

5.       熟悉SMT、PCBA及外观检验通用标准优先考虑

6.       能使用办公软件。
