岗位职责：

1、负责通过电话销售、网络平台、面谈的方式销售培训课程，建立客户联系、了解客户需求，寻求销售机会并对课程进行销售，完成销售目标;

2、负责向客户推介公司的服务理念及服务产品;

3、负责维护客户关系，并不断引导、发掘客户深度需求;

4、负责信息录入，并帮助学员完成报名工作，负责制作报表，统计分析报班信息;

5、协助收款并且准确无误给学员开具各类课程的培训收据等;

职位要求：

1、有上进心，吃苦耐劳，普通话标准，语言组织、沟通能力强，服从管理，适应能力，学习能力，执行力强，有较强的沟通能力和团队合作精神。热爱培训行业，有一定销售经验优先；

2、熟悉OFFICE办公软件操作。

3、相貌端正、亲和力强，口齿清晰，表达清楚，能正确描述产品并理解客户需求；

4、具有较强的沟通能力，树立有效目标。
