Responsibilities:

 Business IT support for the Sales and Marketing applications;

Basic Java development;

Documentation of process and system flows for the related applications;

1st level support of user enquiries;

Analysis of system performance;

Issue tracking and resolution together with other IT teams;

Support of e-Commerce operation;

Assist on user training.

 

Requirement: 

       Bachelor Degree in Computing Science or related discipline;

Master Degree an added advantage;

Fluent in both Chinese and English;

2018-2019 graduates.

 

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

- Basic computer programming technique;

- Network security;

       - Concept of B2B.
