Essential Duties and Responsibilities as SCC Product Manager for one Product Line
? Internal follow-up of growth initiatives
? Support of R&D before and during design phase with added value ideas
? Support and cooperation with PMO when involved in important projects
? Develop Value Chain strategy in cooperation with all SCC Product Management team
? Product Certifications Ownership and Management on Product Line assigned
? Product Technical Information Ownership and Management (EQLs and Operating Manuals) in cooperation with Marketing and R&D
? Support and cooperation with Marketing on Products Technical communication
? Possible Educational trainings to be followed on Project/Product Management
? Creation and management of Business Cases to be approved by Product Boards
? Product Marketing and Competition Benchmarking
? Assigned Product Portfolio Management
? Projects follow up
? Customer and Sales Bus support relationship
? After Sales support to SCC Sales Bus
? Technical Training to colleagues and customers( Large Accounts)


Profile Required:
? Degree in Engineering, Economics or equivalent experience
? Possible experience in product management, R&D, Engineering or Sales
? Possible experience in HVAC products, refrigeration or dehunidification
? International work experience is a plus
? Proficiency in English. Other languages are a plus
? Excellent interpersonal skill and understanding of culture difference
? Team player
? Self starter
? Analytical and well organized
? Customer oriented
? Must have strong experience in Project management, possible previous experience in Product management.
