广州办销售经理职位：

Main Responsibility
1. 负责广州办事处销售团队的管理和建设。
Build up and supervise Sales team for GZ office
2. 根据销售计划，完成每年的销售指标。
According to sales plan, to achieve the target.
3. 维护老客户并开发新客户，开发特定的市场。
Keep good relationship with old customers and develop new customers and certain market.
4. 与设计院等建立完善合作关系，清晰地把握该地区的市场状态。
Establish good relationship with Design Institution, to know market condition
5. 对销售人员进行培训提高其销售技巧以及专业应用知识。
Training Sales Engineer and develop sales skill and specialized knowledge.
6. 及时反馈市场以及行业信息。
Report the market and industry information on time
7. 直接汇报给事业部中国区经理
Report to BA China Manager

Requirements
1. 品行端正，具有良好的沟通能力。
Well conduct and good communication skill
2. 制冷，暖通空调相关工科专业本科。
Bachelor degree in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Machinery or relevant filed
3. 英语4级以上，具有良好的办公能力。
Above CET-4. good at Ms office skill
4. 5年以上相关行业销售经验，并具有一定的管理经验，能带领团队进行市场开发以及客户维护。
Have 5 years working Sales experience in relevant field, and some management experience. Have ability to lead a team to keep customers and develop market.
5. 具有较强的项目运作能力（设计院，甲方，业主等）以及组织协调能力。
Good at project management (including Design Institution, Owner and Proprietor) ,organization skill and coordination skill
6. 具有一定的网络、设计院资源，熟悉空调市场（最好是除湿市场），并对市场具有敏锐的洞察力，制定相应的策略。
Have resources of people networking and Design Institution, familiar with air conditioner（Dehumanization preferred）. Have the keen market insight and decision power.
7. 能适应经常性出差。
