Position Summary 岗位职责描述：

Thebasic responsibilities is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of costcontrol, storerooms, and receiving and to assist management in keeping the costof food, beverage and other supplies to a minimum.

基本职责是确保顺利有效的成本控制,储物和接收,并协助管理层保持食物,饮料和其他供应商成本的最小化。

Details below.具体如下：

1.Responsible for the hotel inventory cost accounting and control, regularly check with the relevant accounts, and the hotel inventory system has a more comprehensive and extensive knowledge, and responsible for system maintenance.

负责酒店库存物资成本核算与控制，定期与有关帐目进行核对，并对酒店库存系统拥有比较全面和广泛的知识，并负责系统维护。

2.Regularly investigate and analyze the market price together with purchasing department, food and beverage department to control the purchase price more effectively定期与采购部、餐饮部等部门共同对市场价格进行调查、分析，更有效地控制进价。

3.Performs recipe costing with food and beverage manager and executive chef and makes recommendations on retail prices of food and beverage

与餐饮经理和行政总厨执行配方成本核算，并对食物和餐饮的零售价格提出建议。

4.Check the warehouse and receiving department, and strictly control the procedures and standards of purchase, acceptance, storage and delivery of all kinds of articles, foods and beverages.

对仓库、收货部进行工作检查，严格控制各种物品、食品、饮料的购入、验收、入库、出库等有关手续和标准。

5.Reduce inventory backlog, cooperate with warehouse to summarize inventory backlog every month, make use of inventory backlog as much as possible to reduce cost, and give Suggestions to ensure that damage is minimized within the effective period of receiving goods.

减少库存积压，配合库房每月汇总库存物资积压表，尽量利用库存积压物资以减低成本，并给出建议以确保在收到物品的有效期限内损坏最小化。

Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability工作技能技巧要求：

• College degree or above in finance or accounting, with accounting qualification.

• 财务、会计等相关专业大专以上学历，有会计从业资格。

• Master basic theory and practical knowledge of hotel accounting.

• 熟练掌握酒店会计的基本理论及实际工作方面的知识。

• Knowledge of cost control, familiar with hotel cost control methods, understand the basic situation of hotel material consumption.And understand the difference in quality.

  具备成本控制知识，熟悉酒店成本控制的方法，了解酒店物资消耗的基本情况

• Basic understanding of the hotel required by the name of various items, models, specifications, unit price, use and origin.

• 基本了解酒店所需各种物品的名称、型号、规格、单价、用途和产地。

• Computer skills, familiar with Excel, Word and other software operation.

• 具备操作电脑技能，熟悉Excel、Word等软件操作。

• Have certain management, communication, coordination ability and team spirit, mature and reliable.

• 具有一定的管理、沟通、协调能力和团队协作意识，成熟可信赖。
