Job Responsibility

1.     Handling QC inspection  for internal quality inspection issue (head of watch , strap , finished watch  )

负责处理QC内部成品及部件的质量检查方式

2.     Follow up All  non-conformance status with production and relative  internal department .

负责与生产部门跟进所有的不良事件的改善

3.     Maintenance the Non-conformance database.

维护不良事件的数据库

4.     Support quality manager  to prepare  FG quality inspection and operation standard。

协助质量经理起草有关部件及成品的质量检查操作标准

5.     Support quality manager to manage finishing product quality control on production line。

协助质量经理管理生产线的产品质量

6.     Support quality manager to monitor the FQC inspection method and management team members ，such as to create checklist base on the customer’s requirement for QC to follow and so on .

协助质量经理监督成品QC 团队管理和其检验操作方法, 如根据客户要求，建立检查清单给到QC 实行检查

7.      Responsible for the quality claim analyze and take the corrective actions

负责客户投诉的跟进与分析并采取相应的纠正措施防止问题再次发生

8.      Instruction and ensure QC to follow up the standard and ensure all ECN and relative customer’s requirement to be implement by QC team .

负责指导和确保QC 跟进质量标准并确保所有的工程变更和客户要求能被QC 实行检查

9.     Third party inspection follow up

第三方验货跟进

10. Responsible for special testing follow up

负责特殊的测试跟进

11. Other duties assign  by Quality manager

其它由质量经理安排的工作

Requirement /Qualification

1. Above college graduation
2. 大专学历以上
3. Diligent and Responsibility  and good communication
4. 勤快，对工作认真负责且有良好的沟通能力
5. Obey for supervisor and manager assignment .
6. 服从主管和经理的工作安排
7. At least 3 years quality working experience on the watch industry
8. 3年以上钟表行业的质量工作经验
9. Good logic thinking and expression on the documents preparing
10. 较好的逻辑思维和文件表达能力
11. Good Computer operation and documentations ,such as Excel file / words /PPT and so on .

良好的电脑操作水平及文件制作能力， 如EXCEL 表， WORD 文档， PPT 文档等
