Job Description:

  

 

  

• Work independently with cross functional NPD team and contracted manufacturer, to assess and address the product and production risk on quality, safety, manufacturability, efficiencies.

   

  Responsibilities:

   

        

• Participate on NPD planning and validation

• Identify potential risk of product and process quality, safety, manufacturability and efficiency

• Monitor contracted manufacturer performance and drive for continuous improvement

• Perform production and factory audits

• Review and approve contract manufacturer’s production control plan

• Review and approve contract manufacturer’s CAPA

• Offer expertise on product and process design and improvement

   

  Position Requirements

   

                    

• Hands on experience on heating product design or manufacturing production design, like heating blanket, heating pad.

• Familiar with new project development process

• Factory quality control and supplier management skillset

• Good command on English writing, reading

• Good team player

• Able to work independently

• Problem analytical skill

• Able to travel

• Minimum 5 years working experience

• Bachelor degree or above
