岗位职责：

    

1. 涉及公司及其关联公司日常经营法律问题的咨询与建议，包括与相关政府部门的协调沟通;    

2. 参与起草制定、审查、翻译各类商业合同和其他相关法律文件，预防合同纠纷；  

3. 整理、更新并系统化保管公司及子证照、法律文件及其它重要文档，跟进相关证照、资质的变更、年检等；

4. 协助处理公司及其关联公司仲裁、诉讼及潜在纠纷事务。

       

任职资格

    

1. 重点高校法律专业本科及以上学历，并通过律师资格考试或司法考试，持有律师执业资格证书;

2. 3-5年以上大型企业或律师事务所法律工作经验;

3. 熟悉民商法、合同法、外商投资等相关法律法规以及地方性房地产法规政策，具有法律风险控制的意识；

4. 有较强的中、英文能力（口语/阅读/写作/翻译）者优先；

5. 有较强的沟通能力，能与各公司部门良好沟通/团结合作。

    

 

Legal Officer (In-house)   

Location: Shenzhen. 

Job Responsibilities:

◆ Advising on the legal issues re the company’s (including its affiliated companies’) daily operation including negotiation/communication with relevant government authorities.

◆ Assisting to draft, review and translate various commercial contracts and other legal documents, and avoiding contract disputes. 

◆ Filing, updating, and maintaining systematically all relevant companies’ licenses, certificates, legal documents and all other important files; following up the renewal and annual check of relevant licenses and certificates. 

◆ Assisting to deal with arbitration, litigation and potential disputes. 

Job Requirements: 

◆ Hold at least bachelor’s degree in law from a reputable university and pass the PRC lawyer’s bar exam.

◆ Have at least 3-5 year’s solid legal work experience in a reputable law firm and /or enterprise.

◆ Familiar with civil and commercial laws, contract law, foreign investment regulations and real property regulations and policies of different cities, and have a strong sense of legal risk control.

◆ Preferably with strong language skills in both English and Chinese (spoken, reading, writing, drafting and translation).

◆ Strong communication skill and is able to effectively communicate with various departments/a good team player.
