Job Description:

1.Responsible for daily voucher posting and review, including expense, accrual and prepayment, tax etc. Ensure general ledgers are in line with PRC accounting principles and China fiscal regulation.

2.Responsible for AR, AP and cost managements including VAT invoicing, AR aging status tracing, reconciling AP bills with suppliers, BOM structure review, BOM price maintenance and cost variance analysis, etc.

2.Perform month-end financial closing steps to ensure all the accounting treatment is in accordance with PRC GAAP requirement. 

3.Responsible for monthly BS reconciliation preparation. Provide support for statutory account preparation and audit response as needed.

4. Familiar with different kind of taxes, handle tax related activities including tax reconciliation, tax filing, tax reporting and coordinating tax audit. Support finance controller for accounting process improvement and daily operation.

5. Follow company’s cash management procedures, accurately monitor cash outflow, inflow and balance, ensure payment requests are paid in timely manner.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor or above in Accounting, Financial Management or other related majors. Have 5+ years accounting working experience in MNC (excellent can consider 3 years around) and use English as working language.

2. Be familiar with GL and have experience to perform GL analysis and drill down.

3. 1 to 3 years’ experience of tax filling and reporting.

4. Be familiar with both local ERP, such as Kingdee, and global ERP, as NetSuite or Oracle or SAP

5. Participate ERP implementation as key user

6. Massive data process capability

7. Excellent Microsoft excel skill

8. Self-motive and hands-on
