★ 制定产品开发计划；

★ 拟定新产品上架计划，协助销售人员制定营销推广策略，负责产品信息维护和更新；

★ 做好产品开发的文件归档，电子档和纸质文件各一份，纸质文件要按月整理归档，每款产品要有完整的开发流程； ★ 熟悉Amazon，Ebay, Aliexpress等国际主流电商平台，关注市场动态，调研平台热卖的产品、分析利润，开发新产品；

★ 统计分析新产品销售数据，收集分析市场情报及竞争对手状况，调整相关策略；

★ 扩充公司产品线，核算成本并寻找供应商进行采购，控制新产品的质量风险；

★ 定期分析销售，库存等数据，提高产品销售业绩与库存周转率；

★ 与供应商对接，熟悉产品结构，功能等相关信息，做好产品培训工作；

★ 有计划的组织新品选品对接会议，主要向运营部门传达新品的产品卖点，优势，正确引导运营部对产品的了解；

任职要求：

★ 亚马逊，ebye电商产品开发经验1年以上，有成功的爆款产品开发经验者优先；

★ 熟悉香薰机产品，有一定的行业经验者优先；

★ 对市场有很强的敏感度和洞察力，熟悉市场消费者行为，对产品和市场定位有一定的认知和理解力；

★ 具备多项工作并行执行的能力，推进力强，勇于表达善于沟通，并能够承受较强的工作压力；
★ 具有出色的学习能力、沟通协调能力，有良好的创新意识和团队合作意识，乐观进取，有拼搏激情；

薪资结构：

底薪 + 提成 + 奖金
