岗位职责：

1.配合项目投标施工组及各类技术文件的编制、答疑和陈述；

2.负责项目实施前各成本清单中量项的审核；

3.项目实施过程中各类计划的编制，如施工进度计划、材料采购计划等；

4.负责项目实施过程中对进度、质量、安全的控制；

5.负责项目实施过程中的成本控制；

6.负责项目结案时与客户及公司内部的竣工结算；

7.负责与各承包商、物业、监理、设计师等外部及公司内部的协调与沟通；

 

任职要求：

1.相关专业专科以上学历，年龄35岁以上；

2.具有10年以上室内精装修项目管理工作经验；精通装修各工艺流程并了解机电工程基本知识；

3.具有很强的工作组织及管理能力；具有严谨的思维能力及良好的沟通能力；

4.工作细致认真，有强烈的工作责任心；

5.拥有二级注册建造师资质证书者优先；

6.具有写字楼办公空间装修工程管理经验优先；

8.能熟练使用各类办软件，如：CAD、PDF、PPT、Excel、Word、Project等；
