*receiving SPP error log from Logistic or DC (CN+HK+IT) for :
- ALDO INTL ACCS (80+81) +
- ALDO INTL FTW ( COO Asia + EU)
- Call it Spring INTL(FTW+ACCS)

*Deficiency resolution process:
- Advise supplier for SPP deficiency
- order decal labels via decal label & woven label template
- update DFU screen comments for deficiency
- collect C/N for deficiency amendment fee
- giving instruction to Logistic or DC for the correction instruction
- request retek correction for AGIAG for the OVER/SHORT shipment with DFU Team lead
- advise decal tracking# to DC/Logistic
- receiving & verifying DC/Logistic SPP approval request for the correction
- giving approval to DC/Logistic
- verifying SPP status in retek and address any pending P04
- update comments in DFU screen for recording each stage of deficiency resolution process

*Daily Exception report, extra cover up to catch deficiency event, addition to SPP error log:
- collect new spp event and proceed as resolution deficiency process
- f/up on any pending event to ensure the progressing of the correction process.

*Update the C/N checklist for AGI for the credit note collected for amendment fee + Short shipment
- ALDO INTL ACCS (80+81) +
- ALDO INTL FTW ( COO Asia + EU)
- Call it Spring INTL(FTW+ACCS)

*Supplier C/N to AGI for amendment fee + Short shipment
- email advising AGIAG for C/N collected from supplier for amendment fee + Short shipment
via C/N checklist picture per each SPO + CC DFU team lead.

*Update the OVER shipment chart for AGIAG
- ALDO INTL ACCS (80+81) +
- ALDO INTL FTW ( COO Asia + EU)
- Call it Spring INTL(FTW+ACCS)

*AGIAG- PO issue-AP / Billing chart
- receiving the PO issue-AP / Billing chart
- verifying / updating the chart & responding to AGI + CC DFU team lead
