General Summary:
? All work related in reception
? Preliminary office admin support such as air ticket booking, hotel accommodation and etc.
? Assist in recruiting preparation process
? May assist in marketing miscellaneous work


Responsibilities:

Office Admin Related:
? Reception: Visitors receiving, telephone operator, send and receive courier, food ordering per meeting request
? Air ticket booking
? Hotel booking
? Taxi or vehicle booking
? Stationery ordering
? Telephone directory update
? Business card ordering

Recruiting Related:
? Telephone candidates to arrange interview
? Coordinate all hiring related things

Others:
? Assist in expenses reimbursement for MD.
? Marketing related miscellaneous work

Qualifications:
? College degree or above
? 0.5 or 1 year receptionist or admin assistant working experience
? Good command of English
? Good communication skills
? Good MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) skill
? Familiar with using office equipment such as printer & copier, scanner, coffee machine and projector & etc.
