【岗位职责】

1、 开发客户，为可以提供专业的高端人才招聘解决方案。

2、 了解、分析客户需求、建立人才搜寻渠道，制定详细的寻访方案，识别并评估目标候选人。

3、 通过多种渠道搜寻候选人，进行电话面试与背景调查来测评候选人。

4、 安排并解决面试流程中的所有突发问题。

5、 推动候选人面试安排、跟进结果反馈、背景调查及后续服务；

6、 维护与候选人的关系，并建立专业领域的高端人才库。

【任职资格】

1、24-32岁，相关专业大专以上；

2、具备销售、咨询、人事招聘经验优先；

3、较强的责任感，善于分析客户及人才的心理，对主要岗位的工作职责和任职要求有全面深刻理解；

4、较强的表达能力，判断能力；

5、工作效率高，执行力强，沟通协调力强；

6、能承受工作压力，善于学习，相关人脉资源丰富

【薪资】项目提成，连续2次绩效考核完成指标，即可加薪

【工作时间】9:00-18:00，做五休二
