Responsibilities:
1. Deliver failure issue local support to monitor product quality;
2. Provide failure rate and RMA summary;
3. Participate in on-site verification activities;
4. Explain failure analysis reports to customers, and handle customer complaint to ensure quality target;
5. Communicate with each ODM for quality corrective action;
6. Other duties as assigned by supervisor;

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Electronic Automation, Computer Science, Telecommunication or equivalent;
2. Experience in semiconductor field is highly preferred;
3. Easy-going and friendly, can keep good relationship with clients;
4. Good command of oral and written English;
5. Can-do attitude; ability to work under pressure.
