职位描述
Essential Duties:
Programme Organisation
* Design and develop comprehensive programs for training, including sales training, corporate topics, and compliance training
* Select the ideal training methods or activities for a particular purpose and audience (online, role playing, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes, etc.)
* Market and promote training opportunities to employees in an compelling way that provides all necessary information
* Conduct regular, whole-organization needs assessments, identifying skills or knowledge gaps that need addressing
* Utilize training best practices and education principles
* Analyze and incorporate new training methods and techniques
* Develop and prepare educational/training aids and materials, as needed
* Evaluate effectiveness of training courses and provide summary reports to management, determining impact of training on employee skills and corporate goals
* Collaborate with and connect internal stakeholders and liaise with various experts regarding instruction and training planning
* Maintain a database of curriculum, materials, and personnel training records
* Organize and conduct train-the-trainer sessions for in-house experts/trainers
* Oversee and maintain in-house training facilities and necessary training equipment.
Liaison with
* Liaise with key stakeholders, assist in identifying L&D needs to support business strategies
* Manage relationship with APAC L&D team in terms of global programs
* Maintain strong communication channels with other stakeholders (including participants, HR, other L&D team members, other regional / global L&D teams) related to the effective operation and development of the function in the region.
Requirements:
* Degree holder in Human Resources, Learning/Training and Development, Business Management or related discipline
* At least 8 years of relevant experience of producing and delivering training programmes within a multinational corporation environment
* Strong presentation skills with a fluency in English, Mandarin
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications
* Knowledge in blended learning, multi-media tools and/or other L&D solutions
* Self motivated, well-organized with proven administration and logistical skills
* Strong passion for learning and development, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
