岗位职责:

- Oversee daily accounting operations for several entities of commercial and industry, to make sure accounting booking accuracy timely in line with China GAAP.
- Lead in the accounting closing, and ensure actual result to be delivered on schedule and provide data for monthly group reporting in accordance with group accounting and reporting policy.
- Supervise the accounts reconciliation with suppliers (including external suppliers and related parties) and dealers, and make sure the transactions with suppliers and dealers are booked appropriately. Maintain good relations with stakeholders.
- Assist in budget preparation, indirect costs forecasting.
- Support on internal & external audit.
- Team member’s management on daily work and efficiency improvement.

任职资格:

- Bachelor Degree of accounting major or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years working experience in accounting and 3 years’ experiences in accounting or finance management.
- Demonstrated collaborative solution-oriented leader who can listen and communicate with others across multiple disciplines and management levels.
- Detailed oriented in the execution of work.
- Adaptable to various competing demands and demonstrate a high level of customer service.
- Ability to motivate and influence others toward a common goal.
- Strong business acumen and judgment and acute problem-solving skills.
- Experience in an environment highly recognized for driving continuous improvement and operational excellence is critical.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal skills), the ability to interact with all levels of management throughout the organization and the initiative to get the job done.
- Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English language.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle/ERP system, MS Office, and IFR.
