岗位职责：

1. 管理和带领团队按项目计划进度完成任务;

2. 负责机械零件图纸和文件的审核;

3. 解决生产过程中可能出现的机械问题，为提供短期和长期的解决方案;

4. 与其他部门协调解决工作中的瓶颈问题;

5. 协助研发机械工程师跟踪新项目评审和转移项目。

任职资格：

1. 本科以上学历，8年以上机械设计经验，有安防领域相关的工作经验优先；

2. 熟悉和理解解运用设计绘图软件 AUTOCAD, PRO.E, SOLIDWORKS等；

3. 英语听说读写能力较强，可应对工作需要。
