工作职责

Job Responsibility

1． 负责公司新产品导入 Responsible for new product introduction --- 60%

？ 审阅新项目产品规范，并进行可行性分析，给出符合行业和工业化生产的专业性建议 Review and feasibility analysis for new project specification, offer professional suggestions conform to industrial standard and mass production capability

？ 确认卡片和Fulfillment产品新图案符合个人化、工艺和包装要求 Feasibility check new artwork of card and Fulfillment to make sure meeting graphical perso, technology and packaging requirements

？ 利用公司CPS工具进行BAP开发，在BAP过程中监测并记录单卡个人化时间，对可能影响生产效率的产品要反馈和提出改进要求并跟进改善结果；确保BAP开发和项目Installation满足时间周期要求，对紧急项目优先安排和处理，满足紧急的生产出货要求 BAP development with CPS, record perso time during BAP, report and follow improvement if perso time doesn’t meet standard. Make sure BAP and new product installation lead time meeting objective, offer priority to urgent projects and make sure no any impact production and delivery

？ 与BOTS/LTC高效沟通完成BAP在客户端的验证 Effective communication with BOTS/LTC for BAP validation at customer side

？ 在收到客户首单后完成新产品的Installation Finish product Installation when a new order received

a. 产品作业指导书的申请和确认 Product WI application and validation

b. 建立BOM Create BOM

c. 个人化打印模板设置 Perso machine setup for laser printing

d. 建立输入输出文件处理文档 Input and Output files handling document creation

e. 特殊或复杂产品召集跨部门会议并运用FMEA识别和控制质量风险 Organize meeting with related departments for special or complicated product, identify and control quality risks by using FMEA tool

f. 对无法提升生产速度的产品警示订单和计划管理团队 Alert to OME and Planner teams for low speed product

g. 保存、编写或更新有关技术文档, 信息/数据和资产的安全保护 Archive，create or update associated technical documents: Doc165, product WI, IF/OF handling doc NPI form, BAP and BOM checklist etc. Security protection for sensitive information/data and assets

？ 新产品首件确认，跟进新产品的首次生产 1st article validation for new product, follow up the first order production

2． 集团间项目转移，外包单位的项目安装和生产支持 --- 20% BAP transfer between OT sites and product installation and support in sub-contractors

3． 质量投诉分析和改进 --- 10% Quality issue analysis and improvements

4． 解决产品生产中发现的相关技术问题，及时准确报告解决不了的问题并跟进直到解决 --- 5% Troubleshoot any technical issues during mass production, report and follow up until issue fixed

5． 其它：如部门、公司或集团分配的新项目的参与完成 --- 5% Others, for example new projects participations assigned from department, company or group.
