JOB DESCRIPTION

• Cash management: ensure enough cash positions and ensure the safety of fund, maintain cash receipt log
• Arrange payments to domestic and foreign suppliers
• Maintaining accounts payable information on Finance system
• Maintaining different bank accounts for different sub-companies
• Arrange reimbursements to staffs
• Bank reconciliation
• Filing vouchers
• Other work related

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor degree in accounting or other related major
• Related accounting certificate
• 2-3year’s similar working experience preferable
• Good command of English, both verbal and written
• Familiar with finance and office software, ERP or SAP experience is better
• Be proactive and a team player
