Job Description:
Work with team and suppliers to identify the plan of the fixtures and jigs for new products production .
Provide technical support to develop the complex fixtures .
Coordinate with vendors and fixture supplier for fixtures making if needed .
Work with suppliers to add new fixtures or improve the existing ones to make the products quality consistent
Support the development of Continuous Improvement’s Projects and Events
Research production problems and improvements and lead implementation of solution

Requirement :
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
6+years tooling/ fixtures experience in manufacturing field.
Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and Solidworks
In depth knowledge of tooling and fixtures design and making
Good command of language in both English and Chinese .
