1、与销售团队保持良好沟通，实时把握需求，做好追踪与支持协助销售部门的日常工作;
2、销售订单，合同等文件的日常处理，归类，收集整理与管理工作;
3、日本进口商品与日本的日常沟通联络工作(如果会日语的话); 

4、日常零售销售部门的订单处理;
5、订单的收集与整理，制作每月销售相关的月度报表;
6、直属领导安排的其他相关工作事项;

任职要求:

1、男女不限，形象气质佳，年龄22-35岁，大专及以上学历;
2、有良好的沟通能力和表达能力，喜欢接受有挑战性的工作;
3、有迅速的对应和反应能力，有销售助理或建材行业经验者优先;                                                                      

 4、日语专业毕业，或有一定日语沟通能力者优先;
5、有较强的学习能力和团队协作精神，善于挑战;
6、口齿清晰、逻辑性强、抗压能力强、 积极的工作态度;
7、熟练运用Office办公软件（Excel，PPT，Word）.
