Facility Engineer 基础设施运维工程师

负责设施：变电所、空气压缩机、制冷、空调、消防系统（喷淋、消火栓、消防报警灯）、给排水系统、电梯、热水炉、泳池设备、安防设备（门禁及监控）、建筑、家具等，以及校园假期改造工程。

-进行日常检查和预防性维护、修理工作。 -确保按照年度计划，做好设施定期维护。 -监督所有承包商的工作，确保安全和质量达标。 -备件管理和文件存档。 -参与设施费用和预算控制。 -参与或支持装修或建设项目。 -按需进行供电线路高、低压切换。 -执行其它主管安排的工作。
安全方面： 1. 确保所有强制性安全设备到位并准备运行（即：电气安全装置…）。 2. 与安全官员合作，确保设施承包商方面的安全规则。
要求：
学历：大专或以上学历，专业为电气或暖通空调等优先考虑

英语： 具备基本的英语听说读写能力

经验：至少3年设施维护经验
知识技能： 1. 拥有低压及高压操作证书 2. 拥有特种设备操作证书

Job responsibilities

• Daily checking regular management work for MEP equipment

• Working with PM create the as-built documentation

• Facility management

• Plan annually management schedule and make sure the management work on tracking

• Monitor all contractors to ensure safety and quality compliance.

• Repair part and document management

• Participate in facility cost and budget control

• Working closely with PM participate in fit-out and architecture project management

• Switch transformer according operation plan

• other duties as assigned by supervisor

The Successful candidate will possess:

• College degree and experience in MEP management works 5years at least

• Expertise in MS software (Word, Excel, Power point, Project) and Auto CAD etc.

• Good communication skills

• Basic English Speaking

• Electrical operation certificate
