公司提供多条班车路线往返上海市区、嘉定城区、昆山及太仓。

Job Description

1.Receive and register the customer's inquiries for spare parts sales;

2.Communicate with the customer, service engineer and manufacturer's service team to gain a full understanding of customer's needs;

3.Follow up the whole process of the spare parts sales until delivery to the customer;

4.Manage the spare part sales contract and related documents;

5.Transfer customer's demand or request back to Service and spare part team;

6.Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

1.Colleague degree or above,major in mechnical technology is preferred;

2.At Least 2 years related working experience with after sales market;

3.Proficiency in MS Office and ERP experience is preferred;

4.Good English;CET-6 or above is preferred

5.Must be able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment;

6.Customer-oriented;

7.Be a good team player.
