岗位职责:

The primary task is to manage one of significant contract manufactures as well as Tier-2 suppliers in APAC region. The ideal candidate will have a solid supplier quality management background on Electronic products as well as Network Power Products such as Rectifier, Controller, Invertor, Monitoring, strong in quality management with in-depth knowledge on modern quality techniques such as, Lean, six sigma and statistical quality control methodology. The candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. A demonstrated ability to drive and deliver innovative, effective and timely solutions is important.

1.Perform PPAP audit to ensure supplier’s manufacturing processes consistently meets product design requirements. Regional support Americas & EMEA PQE to review and approve PPAPs prior to first production shipment at APAC supplier.
2.Independently conduct VASC audit at supplier quality system to qualify new supplier.
3.Perform periodic process quality audit on contract manufacturer includes manufacturing/test process verification, and drive Out of Box Audit
4.Communicate effectively with Americas and EMEA Engineering/PQE about the regional field quality problems & end-customer complaints; do timely problem verification at contract manufacturer facility; work with suppliers to define & implement containment actions; lead the root cause analysis and identify the corrective actions; follow-up and complete one comprehensive 8D report.
5.Responsible for RMA quality issues; lead the failure analysis and provide appropriate solutions; create the open SCAR and ensure supplier promotes effective and timely containment actions and resolutions; continuously verify the corrective & preventive actions until the SCAR closed.
6.Drive continuous Supplier Quality Assurance Development through Lean, Six Sigma, Perfect Execution, SPC, TQC, Cpk, FMEA, Process Control and quality tools. Enhance and improve supplier quality awareness if required.

任职资格:

1.Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Power Electronic Technology
2.Minimum 5 years Power Supplier Quality Management or Power Product Quality Engineering experience for a well-known company
3.ISO 9001/QS 9000/ISO 14000 Quality Systems
4.Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, 8D, SPC/Control Chart, CP/CPK, FMEA;
5.Knowledge of IPC-A-610 and supplier production process for electronic compoents/pcb, PCBA, electro meachanics, mechanical and plastic parts, injection printing machine and molds
6.In addition to effective supplier quality management skills, the successful candidate need to have the following attributes: Confidence, Cross-Boundary Collaboration, Analytical Problem Solving, Customer-Focused Innovation and Passion for Quality
7.Ability to work independently and under pressure
8.Other duties as assigned by manager.
