岗位职责:

The primary task is to manage DC Power&OSP Product Quality at ODM and do DC product supporting to Global Account Customers such as Ericsson and Nokia. The ideal candidate will have a solid background on DC Power&OSP industrial experience, strong in ODM Quality Management, excellent customer technical supporting with in-depth knowledge of DC Power&OSP product understanding and modern quality techniques such as, Lean, six sigma and statistical quality control methodology. The candidate must possess written and verbal English communication skills. A demonstrated ability to drive and deliver innovative, effective and timely solutions is important.

1.Perform periodic process quality audit on DC Power System includes manufacturing/test process verification, and drive Out of Box Audit, as well as PPAP audit to ensure supplier’s manufacturing processes consistently meets DC Power Product design requirements. Regional support EMEA and China Engineering to review and approve PPAPs prior to first production shipment.

2.Communicate effectively with EMEA Engineering/PQE about the field quality problems & Global Account Customers’ complaint; do timely problem verification at ODM facility; work with DC Power&OSP Engineering and ODM suppliers to define & implement containment actions; lead the root cause analysis and identify the corrective actions; follow-up and complete one comprehensive 8D report, to ensure customer quality issues are fully investigated and that countermeasures are in place.

3.Responsible for ODM Manufacturing quality issues for EMEA DC Power; lead the failure analysis and provide appropriate solutions; create the open SCAR and ensure ODM supplier promotes effective and timely containment actions and resolutions; continuously verify the corrective & preventive actions until the SCAR closed. Drive continuous improvements on ODM Quality Assurance Development through Lean, Six Sigma, Perfect Execution, SPC, TQC, Cpk, FMEA, Process Control and quality tools. Enhance and improve supplier quality awareness if required.

4.Global Account Customers (Ericsson/Nokia) Product Supporting includes:
a)Developing/maintaining customer product quality criteria to ensure a fast and smooth transferring of customer product quality knowledge to Vertiv Power&OSP LOB and ODM suppliers, as well as to ensure ODM to comply with Global Account Customer quality criteria as required by contract terms, regulations, or guidelines specific to customer sites
b)Work closely with the DC Power LOB Offering Management, Quality and Engineering teams to prepare product quality deliverables and customer specific quality documents as required by the agreement with the Global Account Customers.
c)Acts as intermediary between Global Account Customers and Vertiv DC Power LOB by providing technical quality support and documentation to field engineers, service technicians, technical support specialists, and regional technical specialists with troubleshooting techniques and remote diagnosis, occasionally travel to perform field diagnostics, repair, and training when necessary.
d)Treat Global Account customers professionally and with respect, as well as regular collaboration with Vertiv worldwide teams, to ensure positive customer product quality experience and satisfaction.
e)Monitoring product quality performance in field and continuously improving product quality to ensure a profitable and sustainable DC Power&OSP business.

任职资格:

1.Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and Power Electric Engineering preferred
2.Good written and verbal English communication skills.
3.Minimum 3 years working experience in Power Quality Management or Power Electric Engineering experience
4.Willing to travel frequently
5.ISO 9001/QS 9000/ISO 14000 Quality Systems
6.Ability to work independently and under pressure
