JOB PURPOSE

Act as a primary point of contact for customers, and other dept in the company.
Be fully responsible for customer satisfaction, own and manage all customer facing activities. Represent company with professional image through email, phone and face-to-face communication.
Well coordinating between customers’ service requests and Carriers’ standard service guideline

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS

Be familiar with all the items of logistic contract and comprehensively understand the assignment and demanding of the clients
Daily documentation operation for inbound/outbound/inventory/reporting
Warehouse management system and Order management system daily operation and tracking
Create and update SOP timely, and also follow SOP strictly
Coordinate the operation internally and externally to make operation smooth
Contact with clients frequently and set up monthly meeting
Be in charge of KPI collection and response for complaints if any
Be responsible to accuracy of billing/cost and collect service charge in time
Provide accurate data to line supervisor/manager
Immediately, in the event of an accident, dangerous occurrence, or a risk of imminent and serious injury or harm to the health of any person at the workplace, report the matter to your direct Manager
Attend and actively participate in location QHSE meetings. Propose recommendations to your direct Manager in regards to how the QHSE Management Systems can be improved.
Others tasks assigned by line supervisor/manager

BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS

College graduated or above.
2 years' working experience in E-commerce logistic 3rd party CS or related field.
Familiar with TMS and WMS operation
Good English & Chinese communication including written and speaking.
Strong working orientation and customer service mindset.
Team work player, able to work under pressure, Self-motivated, pro-active mind, stress tolerance, can handle complicated tasks and have excellent problem solving skills.
Adapt for OT work if any
