RESPONSIBILITIES:

    

1.Be fully responsible for managing compliance duties of China factory   

2. Implement and enhance the compliance standard, policy and documentation procedure to meet with customers’ standard.   

3.Deal with 3rd party auditors and/or customers CSR counterpart for their factory audit;    

4.Develop and update compliance programs such as ISO9001, Code of Conduct, Environmental Management (EM), etc. for different customers;   

5. Coordinate, plan and implement on site social compliance audit   

6. Review and monitor social compliance / sustainability performance;   

7. Work closely with cross functions and suppliers/contractors to drive for best manufacturing practices;  

8.Analyse customer’s product safety.  

9. Develop SOPs and policies and offer training to enhance the compliance standards in the factory;   

10. Prepare and keep the documentation related to factory audit and compliance; 

11. Ensure the China factory compliance with social ethics, quality, health and safety requirements, etc.  

12. Liaise with the local government officials    

13.Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned and participation in compliance project management as required.    

14. Be responsible for any project assigned by the management.

    

REQUIREMENTS:   

1. Bachelor’s degree with hands on compliance experience in similar industry   

2.  5 - 6 years relevant experience in social compliance audit /environmental management/control in China manufacturing industry with at least 3 years’ experience in supervisory level    

3. Strong knowledge in ethical standard, labor law, corporate social responsibility   

4. Familiar with Code of Conduct of US or Europe retailers   

5.Strong personal integrity, professional ethics, interpersonal and communication with problem solving skills   

6. A collaborative, team player with a positive attitude   

7.  Knowledge and experience on ISO 9001 is a MUST   

8. Familiar with ISO 14001 and SA 8000 system implementation is an advantage  

9. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus  

10. Less experience will be considered as Compliance Auditor 

11.  Willingness to travel    

12. Immediately available is preferred

公司福利：

2. 每月5号发上月工资；
3. 公司提供住宿(宿舍2-4人/间，每人一套上下铺床位，宿舍有热水器、饮水机等设备，员工需要承担部分宿舍费用约150元/月以内），餐补13元/天，园区有食堂，公司内部有冰箱&微波炉；
4. 年假：按国家标准放假 + 每年至少5天带薪年假（入职后即可享受年假，工作满一年享受5天年假，每工作满一年增加一年，封顶12天。社会工龄满20年的职工可享15天年假）
5. 生产线人员底薪不低于2620元/月，5 天8小时工作制，工作日加班1.5倍工资，周末加班2倍工资，法定节假日加班3倍工资；
6. 生产人员上夜班，补贴40元/晚 (30元津贴+10元夜宵津贴)，半月调班一次
