Digital IC Design Engineer

You are required to

1. Define and design memory modules and structure, write spec and test plans;

2. Write RTL codes for logical modules by using Verilog/ VHDL;

3. Write benchmarks for testing, and perform circuit simulation and validation;

4. Design FPGA testing platforms to test and validate memory products;

5. Analyze digital modules for synthesis and timing; 

6. Design a complete memory system and simulate mixed signal circuits;

7. Assist in layout design, give guidance to digital layout design, and validate back-end functions and timing; 

8. Assist in memory testing and validation;

9. Complete to write a report for IC design and validation

A successful candidate for this position should have

1. Good knowledge of IC design, methods and tools;

2. Good knowledge of programming languages such as Verilog/ VHDL, and skills of writing codes according to IC design requirements and performing simulation;

3. Good knowledge of operating system of Unix/ Linux and popular EDA tools such as VCS/ NC-SIM, nLint, DC, and PT; good skills in simulation, synthesis and timing analysis and validation;

4. Good knowledge of FPGA development; good skills in using FPGA tools,  designing digital system and debugging;

5. Preferable experience in ASIC design for and successful experience in tapeout for memories such as EE, Flash, OTP and EFUSE;  

6. Preferable experience in designing interface for memories like SRAM, DDR, and RLDRAM;

7. Good ability to work independently, communicate and work with your co-workers.

Education 

Bachelor degree in microelectronics, telecommunications, computer and related subjects with more than two years of working experience, or a Master degree with less than two years of working experience .
