Main Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for monthly brand category P/L and prepare for the relevant reports. Including.

? Monthly marketing expense closing and reporting. Assist marketing controlling manager to monitor the marketing expense annual budget and spending; discuss with Brand managers about the forecast and call out the risk if any.

? Tracking the category performance including Net sales, Gross Margin, Net Margin, etc. provided detail analysis and prepare slides for management review.

? Focus on new product launches, track the performance and analyse the reason.

? Preparing for management review decks monthly.

? Assist to prepare the margin forecast based on sales estimation.

? Other ad-hoc reports

2. Assist controlling manager to involve in planning and forecast of category P/L.

? Involved in ABP and forecast cycles.

? Communicate with brand managers, trade marketing managers and supply chain to get sufficient information for forecast.

3.Assist Ad-hoc projects.

? Act as business partner towards Brands Teams, assist controlling manager to provide daily financial support, evaluate business cases, develop forecasting and manage annual planning

? Assist internal auditing and external auditing projects.

Qualifications:

? Bachelor Degree or above. Financial accounting related major is preferred.

? Fluent English communication skills.

? 2-3 years of financial experience. FMCG experience is preferred. Strong willingness to develop in FP&A and marketing controlling area.

? Solid financial background. Big 4 background or auditing background is a plus.

? SAP knowledge is highly preferred especially for GL / PTP modules.

? High level of motivation and willingness to work cross-functional.

? Strong Microsoft office skills especially for Excel / PPT.

? Strong analytical and critical mind.
