职位描述


Provide competitive salary and welfare package.
13 months salary
20% of yearly income for year end bonus
High range travel allowance
5 workday with 40 hours per week
More than 10 days Paid annual leave
Social Insurance and House funding as well as a Commercial Insurance



Key responsibilities主要职责:


Cooperate with factory, evaluate its HR policy and practice, and give
detailed suggestions on how to improve its HR management.


与工厂合作,评估其人力资源政策和实践,提供能让其加以改进的方法的详细建议。


Examining and verifying Factory information processed by CSR standard
and request; Conducting on-site interview, research and analysis and
preparing recommendations;


依据CSR标准及要求,检验并评估工厂的管理状况;结合现场访谈情况汇总和分析信息拟写改善报告;


Providing advice on policies, programs and procedures regarding human resource services and programs;


提供关于人力资源服务和流程政策方面的建议;


Compiling and analyzing statistical on-site information and preparing
internal reports related to business impaction such as: Time
management, payroll & budget control, recruiting, compensation,
training, equal opportunity employment etc


整理统计现场数据和信息,拟写内部商业影响力报告(内容如:工时管理,薪资预算控制,招聘及福利培训,平等就业机会等)。


Require over 50% working time business trip to factory, cooperate with factory to proceed improvement suggestions.


要求超过50%的时间出差到工厂,与工厂合作以执行改善建议。




Qualifications职位要求:


Over 3 years manufacturing company HR or CSR/SA8000 experience,


应拥有3年以上的制造企业人力资源工作经验,或者社会责任(SA8000)工作经验。


Have rich experience at recruitment and dispatch, compensation and
benefits, training and development,employee relationship, factory
management, etc


有招聘配置,薪酬福利,培训发展,员工关系,工厂管理等方面的经验。


Familiar with HR custom and HR policy, and company how to improve its performance.


熟悉主要的人力资源惯例 、 政策以及公司能够如何改善其表现。


Familiar with labor law, labor contract law, and willing to business travel.


熟悉劳动法、劳动合同法,能够接受出差。


Can communicate and report in oral and written by English and Chinese.


该职位需要用英文和中文以口头或书面的形式进行沟通。
