RESPONSIBLITIES:

- He/she is in charge of all the technical aspects concerning the samples project he has to manage.

负责管理样本项目的所有技术方面问题

- All the technicals drawings related to the samples should be checked and confirmed or modified by the mechanical engineer in order to avoid functional issue during mass production. In some case the mechanical engineer will have to make the td himself.

所有与样品相关的技术图纸应由工程师检查和确认或修改，以避免在批量生产过程中出现功能问题。在某些情况下，机械工程师必须自己制作td。

- The technical engineer is in direct relation with supplier during the development stage of the projects. He has confirm each steps of the sample manufacturing process with the supplier before to start it.

在项目开发阶段需要与供应商直接联系。在项目启动之前必须与供应商确认样品制造过程的每个步骤。

- The mechanical engineer must also be very hands on concerning the lead-time of the samples. If some samples are delayed for technical difficulties reason, he must go to the supplier factory to understand the issue and find an appropriate and safe solution with the supplier.

必须亲自动手处理样品的交付周期。如果由于技术困难原因导致某些样品被延迟，必须到供应商工厂了解问题并与供应商找到合适且安全的解决方案。

- For each samples, the mechanical engineer should review the final result of the sample, and make sure that the sample has been manufactured according to customer requirements.

对于每个样品，应检查样品的最终结果，并确保样品是根据客户要求制造的。

- No samples with mistake can be send to the customer without notifying his manager first.

所有样品必须得到允许才能发给客户

- He is also responsible to supply to the sample tea,, all the components specifications details before the start the samples. Those data must always be accurate and perfectly match with the customer requirements.

负责提供样品资料，所有组件规格细节在开始样品之前。这些数据必须始终准确并完全符合客户要求。

- During the sample development phase, the mechanical engineer must always consider the mass prodcution and avoid any decision or modification that could jeopardize the mass production.

在样本开发阶段，必须始终考虑大规模生产的情况，并避免任何可能危及大规模生产的决策或修改。

- In case of technical issue or doubts, he/she should always ask the help off his/her manager in order to double check and make the best decision.

如果出现技术问题或疑问，必须汇报给经理寻求帮助，以便仔细检查并做出***决定。
