The scope of work

Be responsible for EDS
system (power electronic unit, electrical machine, gearbox and its integration)
integration test and system test。

Major responsibilities

1. Define and coordinate test strategy with different teams, according to EDS level definition;

2. Define PEU SW and HW integration test specification and procedure according to requirements;

3. Implement PEU SW and HW integration test and finish test report;

4. Define EDS integration test specification and procedure according to requirements;

5. Implement EDS integration test and finish test report.;

6. Define EDS system test specification and procedure according to requirements;

7. Support EDS system test and test report;

8. Trigger test result review and design change review if test fails;

9. Support EDS test on vehicle level;

10. Support trouble-shooting;

Minor responsibilities

1. Support sub-system (PEU, EM and GB) test;

2. Support DV test;

3. Support test lab setup on lab equipment requirement, supplier review, etc.;

4. Support management review on technical issues;

Qualifications

1. Basic Qualification

？ Education:

- Bachelor or above degree on engineering, preferable mechatronics, electrical, electronics, automotive, etc.

？ Work Experience:

- Must have know-how on how to define test on different levels;

- Must have experience on defining integration and system test;

- Must have hand-on experience on test implementation;

- Strongly prefer to have experience in automotive industry;

？ Language skill: English (Written & Oral): daily English email communication; several times a week exposure to English discussion;

？ Computer Skills: Polarion or other equivalent requirement engineering and test management tools, office software, etc.

2. Other Requirement

Travel frequency:
several times per month;
