职位描述
You are responsible for 你的职责
· Marketing activities including definition of the strategy and its enablers, closely work together with the Marketing in charge
· 制定市场策略及识别市场关键因素,与市场部紧密协同工作
· Customer and Market insights analyze the market, competition and trends on enterprise level across segment technologies to ensure the portfolio is leading the market needs on expectations
· 以客户及市场角度分析市场的竞争及趋势,协调跨部门技术工作,以确保项目在市场取得领先地位及复合市场预期
· Alignment, market introduction and activation with key markets globally.
· 负责全球主要市场的协调/导入及激活工作
· Value proposition development based on customer insights including Smart IOT products/ Solar activated and rechargeable battery products for lead markets
· 负责对IOT/太阳能/充电器产品基于客户客户角度的市场价值挖掘
· Portfolio, product & claims roadmaps
· 制定产品组合,产品规划图及售后服务方式
· Business case pricing (price setting) and margin optimization
· 产品定价及利润优化
· Channel strategy for assigned product portfolio
· 为特定产品制定渠道策略
· Compliance with Q&A requirements if applicable
· 如有需求,复合Q&A的要求
· Drive definition, development and introduction of the products including cross border solutions
· 跨部门协调完成推进产品定义,研发进度,产品推广资料
· Development of our customers by meeting their needs including service and consumables
· 客户开发,满足客户的需求(包括服务和消耗品)
· Lifecycle management and market readiness as part of Project development lifecycle methodology and ensure completion of appropriate deliverables (feature descriptions, value propositions, costing/pricing/quoting materials etc).
· 生命周期管理及市场产品准备作为项目开发周期的一部分,并确定完成适当的交付文件(如产品特性,市场定位,定价等)
· Profit &Loss for Product and/or Solutions development of the business case to support new value creation
· 负责产品盈亏账目,开发方案以支持新产品的研发
· Enable agreement with local team for business strategy / new product launching plan on time for different category/ product portfolio
· 可与当地营销团队制定市场策略,及时制定不同的新产品上市计划
· Drive Marketing introduction Multi Vendors Services in markets (tooling, training)
· 推动市场推广并提供适当的销售服务
· Obtain customer and market feedback to further drive the Multi vendor services roadmap
· 获得顾客及市场对产品的反馈以推动销售的可持续发展

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
所需掌握的技能及经验要求
· 10 years’ experience in rechargeable power bank/ solar activated and smart IOT related product vendor or provider with focus in marketing, customer experience, and solution development
· 10年或以上移动电源/太阳能产品/IoT相关产品的从业经验,专注于市场,用户体验及方案研发等方面。
· Demonstrated experience creating and managing product portfolio
· 开发展示和管理产品的经验
· Demonstrated experience and successes accomplishing goals and building values.
· 通过成功经验展示帮助完成目标及价值观的建立
· Knowledge of Rechargeable power bank/ Solar operated and IOT products market dynamics
· 对移动电源/太阳能,IoT产品的市场发展的认识
· Validated strength of value proposition with customer insights and claims

· Propositioning NPS + rating and reviews
