ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work out the conversion plan, output goal.

• Monitor the plan execution status and report and highlight the abnormal case to manager

• Through the MES to know the WIP status and based on the last step's output to well arrange the machine and control the WIP within the reasonable scope.

• Work out the detail plan for the urgent order base on the shipment request.

• E-lot/F-lot scheduling

• Control Die Saw to Die attach Window time

• Maintain ASD machine conversion Plan and machine allocation Qty

• Monitor ASD raw data and find out the abnormal data to send to IE/PE/EE team to fix it

• Analysis WIP, output data and find out abnormal issue to dig out the system(ASD) issues to get it resolved

Qualifications REQUIRED:

• Basic knowledge of MS-office. Excel

• Good understanding of MRP/Kanban etc of inventory control tools.

• Good analytical and planning skills

• Basic knowledge of ASD and Lights off

• Minimum 1year production support and 1years production leader experience
