任职资格：

1、法律、审计等相关专业，本科以上学历；

2、具备5年以上合规工作经验，有出口管制合规、劳动用工合规、数据保护合规、海外市场准入合规等工作经验者优先；

3、中英文书面及口语俱佳，能够大量查阅英文资料及外国英文网站；

4、具备团队合作意识，具有较强的时事敏感度、风险识别和判断能力，快速学习能力、有较强的分析能力和良好沟通能力，愿意接受工作挑战；

工作职责：

一、重点工作：合规工作

1、跟踪行业合规动态及公司合规风险变化，及时制定及更新公司合规计划；

2、研究目标市场国家法律及合规政策，建立和维护涉外外聘法律机构的服务关系，为目标市场业务开展提供符合要求的可行性方案，确保公司经营遵循法律规定及合规要求；
3、建立和完善合规管理体系，对公司各项规章和流程进行合规审查，提供合规改进建议并监督改进落实情况；
4、牵头合规风险治理项目，输出合规标准和要求，并落实到公司业务流程中；
5、为公司各项经营管理活动提供指导和建议，确保各项活动遵循法律规定及公司合规要求；
6、对公司各业务合规工作开展情况进行评价，并及时向公司管理层汇报；

7、对公司员工进行合规培训；

8、领导交办的公司其他法律合规工作；

二、其它法务工作：合同起草、审核，争议纠纷案件处理等常规法务工作。

通讯业务板块
包括手机、平板、笔电、IoT、汽车电子等领域，服务的客户均为全球主流品牌，已经与90%以上的主流品牌建立合作关系并不断深化。研发中心分布在上海、无锡、深圳、西安，制造基地分布在嘉兴、无锡、印度和印尼，另外在美国、韩国、日本设立了创新中心。
国际数据公司IDC、美国市场调研机构IHS和中国赛诺市场研究公司的研究数据均显示，闻泰连续多年出货量在全球手机ODM（原始设计制造）行业中处于龙头地位。
半导体业务板块
闻泰科技旗下的安世半导体是全球知名的半导体IDM公司，是原飞利浦半导体标准产品事业部，有60多年半导体研发和制造经验，总部位于荷兰奈梅亨，晶圆制造工厂在德国汉堡和英国曼彻斯特，封装测试工厂位于中国东莞、菲律宾卡布尧和马拉西亚芙蓉。客户超过2.5万个，产品种类超过1.5万种，每年新增700多种新产品，全部为车规级产品。安世半导体年产能超过1000亿颗，在与欧美半导体巨头的竞争中，安世在各个细分领域均处于全球领先。
