1.与产品开发、品管合作，组织新产品新工艺试产安排和跟踪；
2.对新原料、包材进行测试，负责安排试产，跟踪试产过程，分析试产结果；
3.负责优化生产工艺的和标准化管理，及进行生产工艺的变更管理；
4.负责工艺文件的接收、发放、回收等管理工作，和生产表格及文件的管理；
5.负责员工生产工艺的培训，生产现场的工艺指导、管理、监督和技术服务；
6.负责质量投诉、偏差分析报告的跟进以及行动计划验证；
7.负责质量审核有关安排和协调，生产质量改善计划和行动跟进；
8.完成上司其他的工作安排。
任职要求：
1.本科或以上学历，机械、食品、生物、医药、化工等专业；
2.五年以上工厂现场生产工艺管理工作经验，有饮料行业工作经验优先；
3.精通食品加工理论，熟悉产品的生产工艺流程和食品生产设备，有工艺改良项目实际操作经验；
4.独立解决问题的能力强，熟悉操作办公软件，有创新思维；
5.团队合作意识强，良好的沟通能力，责任心强，能够承受较强的工作压力。
