北京首钢园区冬奥广场项目由美国知名房地产基金与开发商铁狮门与首钢基金合资成立的北京首狮昌泰有限公司作为改建开发主体，总规划建筑面积为16.7万平方米。作为2022年北京冬奥会配套项目：建成之后，北邻冬奥组委办公区，西靠国家体育冬训中心，东西两侧分别是首钢工业遗址公园和群明湖。计划通过资产优化方案将首钢园区进行改建与重新定位，将一个工业园遗址改建升级为高标准低密度的多元物业，打造北京城市更新经典案例。
Functional Responsibilities:
- 组织编制项目公司年度预算、测算及KPI
- 协助财务总监编制、审核财务统计报表
- 负责处理相关会计核算工作，及时进行账务处理，并审核凭证、记账
- 负责对预算的执行情况进行监控
- 审核业务申请及相关支持性单据完整性、准确性
Essential Requirements:
- 5年及以上房地产会计相关经验
- 财务管理、会计等相关专业，全日制统招本科或以上学历；持有会计上岗证优先
- 熟悉会计核算流程
- 具有较强的财务信息统计、预测、分析能力
- 有良好的组织协调能力、沟通能力和承压能力
- 熟练使用Office（Excel、PPT）等办公软件，SAP财务软件优先
