1.主要负责集团及公司市场营销、品牌战略制定、品牌推广与合作等方面的法律事务；

2.负责对公司运营、产品营销、品牌推广、市场活动等方面的法律问题进行梳理和分析、提出建议、提示法律风险、提出法律优化建议；

3.负责跟进处理公司进行市场营销及品牌活动时所遇到的各类诉讼纠纷、行政调查等法律问题；

4.起草、审查公司进行营销、推广、活动等将对外公布的媒体稿件和策划文案；

5.及时更新企业营销、品牌推广相关的法律法规或政策，适时安排内部培训。

6.负责公司投融资及并购方面的法律事务；

7. 负责投融资及并购交易的尽职调查、交易结构建议、商业谈判、起草及审核相关交易文件，提出法律优化建议。
