Specific Duties and Accountabilities: ？ 

• Serving All Sourcing Team in diff. hubs;  ？ 
• Lead international sourcing projects, as partner of VP and Souring directors/managers, to align with business direction facilitate projects for business growth & development  i.e. Facilitate leverage projects.   Identify the leverage opportunities, priority and execution plan for leverage (i.e. Supplier, factory and product leverage for different retail markets)  
•  Support KPI tracking & reports development.  Track compliance progress and provide update to international sourcing team for immediate follow up and corrective actions, ensure align with business target.  Responsible for the monthly update for International sourcing volume forecast, headcount and expense, as well as other business review reports & analysis.  Work with IT to design & develop KPI/specific business reports for International Sourcing team.   ？ 
• Lead process automation projects for PI Countries (not using WM system, i.e. South Africa, South Latin America and India) to ensure SOX compliance.   Facilitate transition from local/manual system to Walmart system, from gap analysis, to business/system structure, process, system filed mapping, system interface for process automation, ensure process of compliance, update and accurate data for business reporting.  ？ 
• Work for ad hoc projects/assignments, provide support for project facilitation & coordination, overall monitoring, progress track & report, support company event planning & execution (i.e. Annual  Supplier Conference, for over 500 suppliers)

• Excellent project management, facilitation, time & team management skills ？ 
• Proven experience in leading projects, in a cross-functional, multi-site organization.  Able to work in a global environment with many different cultures  ？ 
• Proven change agent, strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to clear articulate concepts and communicate across all levels of the organization ？ 
• Excellent interpersonal relations skills, team work with sound negotiation and problem solving skills   ？ 
• With excellent analytical, critical thinking skills, capable of analyzing data to make sound decision on suitability and effectiveness action plan  ？ 
• Independent, self-motivated and well organized, plus follow through and multitasking abilities  ？ 
• Strong attention to detail with good integrity and ethics ？ 
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese  ？ 
• Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc)  ？ 
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma or other Project management certification a plus  ？ 
• Basic understanding of sourcing/merchandising process; knowledge on supply chain will be an advantage
