1. 完成公司的市场指标；

2. 根据集团年度经营指标，完成市场分析，并拟定部门年度/季度/月度任务计划和预算方案；

3. 随时关注市场动态变化，向公司提出应对性营销策略建议；

4. 主持部门的任务指标分工、监督任务完成情况、评估目标达成效果并反馈；

5. 协助项目款催收工作；

6. 参与大客户开发及来访接待；

7. 监督、指导部门员工完成工作计划，对工作结果进行评审考核；

8. 组织检查评估客户服务满意度，建立客户服务评估体系，处理重大客户投诉事件。

要求：

1、大专以上学历；

2、3年以上市场营销经验，两年以上行业经验；

3、熟悉主题公园、文旅综合体等文旅项目的客户需求（设计/建设/科技设备/营运管理）； 

4、.具备行业市场分析知识及信息获取技巧； 

5、客户资源的优先考虑
