Developer function requirements

Specifically we are searching for someone who:

- Has intimate knowledge of PHP 5.3 (it’s a definitive plus for us if the applicant has a Zend PHP 5.3 ertification).

- Has knowledge of HTML, XHTML, CSS 2 and 3 and Javascript & jQuery.

- Has a solid knowledge of Object Oriented Programming

- Can transform a functional specification into a technical design

- Has experience in SQL language and specifically MySQL

- Is able to analyze performance issues in queries

- Has experience with Test Driven Development

- Can produce a website in HTML5 technology

- Is able to create and understand UML schemas and EER models

- Is able to create slices with Photoshop

- Is able to transform a Photoshop design into solid cross browser HTML

- In the past, has built responsive websites

- Has experience with experience building websites that run on clusters

- Is able to maintain his own LAMP environment(s) based on Debian Linux

- Should be able to communicate in English, both in spoken and in written words.

Additionally the applicant should have:

- 2+ years work experience in the field of web application building

- Experience working in a multinational/multicultural environment

- As stated a university degree in computer science or related topic

- Keen interest in new web technologies

Other bonuses:

- The applicant has experience with more programming languages besides PHP, (Python, Java, Objective-C for example)

- Has experience with HADOOP/HBASE

- Experience building mobile applications (iPhone, Android)
