1.  负责公司行政工作的开展及管理，包括物业、食堂、保洁卫生、安保、车辆、宿舍、办公设备及用品等，并不断进行改善，提高效率，提升员工满意度；

2. 制定订行政组年、月、周工作计划、报告及数据统计；负责公司行政后勤管理体系的制度、流程建设并报上级批准后开展检查、监督和执行，为公司提供日常行政管理支持；

3. 组织开展公司级的各项员工年节活动及公司企业文化活动；

4. 完成上级领导安排和布置的各项工作任务。

职位要求：

1. 大专及以上学历；
2. 五年以上大中型制造生产工厂行政后勤管理工作经验；
3. 文笔流畅，能熟练使用offic办公软件及设备；
4. 了解ISO22000、ISO14001、OHSAS18001体系知识要求；
5. 具有良好的组织、沟通、协调能力，工作原则性强，抗压能力强，具有创新思维。
