ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take charge of COP C shift to make sure shipping/output/Utilization/CT within goal

• People management, include performance ranking/improving/turn over rate control

• Co-work with other functional to meet company goal

• KIP/KPI setup and follow-up

• Coach team members to make sure no violation and discipline

Qualifications REQUIRED:

• College degree or above;

• 4 years or above in Assy & Test manufacture experience, familiar with AOI/Packing etc back-end process, process automation is prefer;

• Team leading and managing skills & experience, managing multiple projects simultaneously;

• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

• Work with Excel/P PT Excellent;

• Dynamic, motivated, and results oriented creative thinker.
