As a Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Manager for the Greater China region, you will partner with HR headquarter and Hiring Managers to provide talent sourcing and recruiting services to all aspects of the education business.

You will play an integral role in creating strategic planning and innovative solutions for sourcing and, deliver active and passive candidates for both open positions and pipeline.

As brand ambassadors, you will apply a marketing approach to talent sourcing and branding by utilizing best in class recruitment technology and social media platforms. Someone with executive search expertise and experience in the Education Industry will the most preferred candidate.

Responsibilities:

1. Support talent sourcing and recruiting efforts.
2. Develop and implement employer branding effort for the region.
3. Partner with HR Director, HR Managers, and Hiring Managers to develop recruitment strategies.
4. Network and engage with top talent through education industry networking, social media, Linkedin, etc.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with all candidates to keep them engaged through the hiring process
6. Research competitors and keep up with market trends.
7. Coordinate and conduct phone screens for qualified applicants.
8. Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System such as applicant status changes, audits requisition updates etc.
9. Maintain applicant status changes through the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years experience in talent sourcing and talent acquisition, must be able to demonstrate significant recent/past recruiting experience for Education industry.
2. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
3. Excellent organizational skills.
4. Ability to multi-task and perform in fast paced environment.
5. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
6. Team player with the ability to establish collaborative working relationships.
