职位描述
岗位职责:
1)随CEO出席各种会议。
2)对各种文件,邮件,信函等进行翻译。
3)协调CEO与各部门同事之间的工作,承上启下。
4)管理CEO行程表。
5)CEO安排的其他事宜。
岗位要求:
1*英语可作为工作语言
2*具有良好的组织、协调、沟通能力
3*熟练使用Word、Excel、PPT等办公软件
4*具有良好的职业素养和职业习惯,
5*可接受优秀应届毕业生

About the position
Duties include:
· Assorted meeting participation with CEO
· Translation of documents, emails and letters
· Work coordination between CEO and colleagues in various departments
· Management of CEO’s schedule
· Accomplishment of other administration tasks arranged by the CEO
Requirements:
· Bilingual communication skills, both written and verbal
· Good performance in organization, coordination and communication
· Skilled use of Microsoft Office – including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
· Good professionalism and occupational habits
· Excellent fresh graduate are acceptable
Bonus Points:
Overseas education experience
Having IELTS band score of 6.5 or above / TOFEL score of 90 or above
Working experience in Internet data service industry or retail industry
Things you may need to know…
Five work days a week (Working hours: 9 a.m. to 18 p.m.), Insurances (including Pension, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, supplementary medical insurance, work injury insurance and maternity insurance) and housing fund are covered.
Driving license is not a must, No long-term business trips, Western way of doing business.
