We are looking for a high quality, ambitious, proactive Marketing Manager who will assist our marketing and development efforts in our Shenzhen headquarter. Each day you will face challenging tasks and will have to find creative solutions to bring the company to the next level. We are looking for highly energetic, fun, high quality, and eloquent candidates. We need someone who’s willing to learn, working hard to meet deadlines, develop lasting relationships in a high-quality manner, and grow along with the rest of the marketing team. We need someone who can contribute in providing important decisions.

Roles:

· Part of the team to developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for global market expansion

· Response for branding identification with various suppliers and PR coordination with implementation on an Int'l level

· Leads the team in the creation of communication strategy and messaging, linking the business strategy to the campaign creative development. 

· Ensures fully integrated marketing communications, including online and offline media, PR, CRM, E-commerce, Social, Promotions, and Partnership Marketing are strategically aligned with overall brand standards, delivers a consistent brand voice and will ultimately achieve the brand/business results desired in market. 

· Exhibition and product launching event planning and actuation with various vendors in a complex environment

· Partners with creative teams/agencies by ensuring they have a deep understanding of the product objectives and priority, while also helping the teams translate the product concepts into messaging and other appropriate product deliverables

· Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications：

· A track record of performance meeting targets and objectives.  

· Very strong analytical, planning, critical decision-making, forecasting and budgeting/financial skills. 

· In-depth understanding of consumer and brand research. 

· A passion for and experience with new technology and media channels. 

· Cross-functional expertise and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex and highly collaborative environment. 

· Experience presenting to and working with senior executives. 

· Strong leadership, organizational and project management experience. Ability to inspire and motivate a team of highly intelligent and driven individuals. 

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills. English fluency is a must 

· Experience connecting business strategy and communication strategy. 

· Experience writing creative briefs and briefing creative teams. 

· Must also possess strong leadership skills, the ability to effectively manage conflict and problem solve in a highly-collaborative environment.
