工作内容：

1.依照公司要求对目标区域进行调研（信息收集、数据分析）、完成新店选址工作；

2. 完成校区证件办理及维护（营业执照、办学资质等的）等工作，了解咨询所属区域政府资讯政策，协助政府相关部门处理关系；

3. 依照公司要求跟进与目标门店合同签订整个阶段；

4. 对接新店装修、消防、物业、派出所联系等事宜；

5. 门店续租、分租相关合同审核跟进等工作；

6. 上级安排的其他工作。

岗位要求：

1.大专及以上学历，具备两年及以上相关工作经验；具备幼儿园/教育行业工作经验的优先考虑；

2.熟悉深圳政策法规，了解租赁合同法，了解教育行业政策法规；

3.具备商铺租赁运作流程、门店装修、合同谈判、商圈规划经验；对数据和市场环境敏感；

4.具备较强的口头表达能力、人际交流、文字表达能力，思维严谨；

5.能灵活处理突发事件，抗压性较强。
